We've created this special beer to be a lighter, more delicate version of the popular bottom-fermented beer. We've brewed it to make it smooth and easy to drink. We've added some of the best types of hops to give it a subtle smoky flavour and a nice biZer taste. Our beer is then left to mature in the basement, where it's kept at a cool temperature. This process gives it a light, smooth taste and a nice, refreshing finish.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, rice, hops, yeast.

4,2% abv.

Serve it between 4 and 8°C

WHEAT HIT
WEIZEN
 

Our wheat beer is a classic variety of Bavarian WEIZEN, and we're proud to share it with you. Thanks to special yeast strains, it has a lovely aroma of fruits and spices. It's not too biZer, but rather pleasantly sweet and refreshingly sour. It's made with a lot of wheat malt, which keeps it characteristically unclarified. It's naturally saturated with gas, which builds a decorative cap of white foam. We're keeping it natural by leaving the sediment in the botte, so you can enjoy the full flavor and character of our beer.

COMING OAT
OATMEAL STOUT
 

This OATMEAL STOUT-style beer is a full-bodied version of a top-fermented dark beer, and we're sure you're going to love it! The beer owes its increased fullness to the addi’on of oat flakes at the malt mashing stage, which makes it feel more dense and mellow when you drink it. The roasted malts introduce a coffee aroma, and the special yeasts introduce a fruit aroma. It's a really good composition, combined with lower saturation!

MANNEKEN
BELGIAN DUBBEL
 

Our Belgian-style double beer is really stylish. You can taste the characteris’c caramel molasses aftertaste and unique spice accents thanks to fermentation with a special yeast strain. The beer is quite full-bodied with low bitterness and, over time, acquires a more dry character.

Here's what it's made of: water, barley malt, oatmeal, dark candied syrup, hops, yeast.

AMERICAN IPA
 

Our IPA (India Pale Ale) is an American version of a beer heavily hopped for aroma and bitterness. As befits this style, we pour the hops generously at various stages of brewing. However, the key one is the cold process in the lagering tank - this is when weinfuse the beverage the strongest, and it gets the strongest hop aroma.

MANAWA
NEW ZEALAND HAZY IPA
 

The name MANAWA is a Maori word for HEART, and that's exactly how we try to brew our beers - with the whole heart! Just like in this case, where we generously add unusual hop varieties from New Zealand. All this is done so that the beer has those characteristic notes described as tropical fruit, lychee, passion fruit or passion flower.
